We met years ago when she was visiting Roberts Creek on the Sunshine Coast, BC back when I lived there. She had this cute pet rat that hung out on her shoulder and in her blouse, I loved it. I gave her the website address to my art site. She signed up to my mailing list and has provided great feedback ever since. We developed a fun long distance friendship.

This is one of the first time in a very long time that I draw from a picture instead of straight from my imagination, the goal wasn’t to make it exact but to make it basically the same but in a cartoon version.. not bad.
